From October 14 to 16, 2025, the 30th Anniversary Caspian Construction Week will be held at the Baku Expo Center. As the region’s leading construction industry platform, Caspian Construction Week will feature: the 30th Anniversary Azerbaijan International Construction Exhibition – BakuBuild, the 5th Anniversary Azerbaijan International Restoration, Reconstruction and Development of Karabakh Exhibition – Rebuild Karabakh, the 17th International Exhibition for Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning, Water Supply, Sanitary and Swimming Pool – Aquatherm Baku, the 4th Caspian International Plastics and Polymers Industry Exhibition – Plastex Caspian, and the 13th Caspian International Road Infrastructure and Public Transport Exhibition – Road&Traffic.

Two attendees discuss a scale model

In recent years, Azerbaijan has become one of the most promising and economically attractive centers in the region thanks to large-scale programs of reconstruction, construction, and infrastructure development. The allocation of USD 10 billion for the reconstruction of Karabakh and East Zangezur, as well as plans to build 34,500 apartments and private houses by 2026, vividly illustrate the country’s development dynamics and investment potential. Over the past two decades, total investment in Azerbaijan has reached USD 300 billion, with around USD 3.5 billion directed toward the creation of industrial parks. These figures demonstrate the formation of a stable and open business environment in the country. It is within this economic landscape that Caspian Construction Week takes place, serving not only as a platform for showcasing products and services but also as a strategic venue for establishing genuine partnerships and expanding influence.

With a successful 30-year history, Caspian Construction Week is a trusted and well-recognized national brand that holds a prominent place among the world’s largest international exhibitions. Over the past three decades, the event has brought together more than 6,500 companies from 58 countries, making a significant contribution to the development of the regional construction industry. Each year, it attracts over 10,000 professional visitors, providing companies with a unique opportunity to showcase their products and services, as well as to establish new business partnerships.

The Rebuild Karabakh, aimed at contributing to the restoration and development of the liberated territories, will celebrate its first anniversary this year. Since the early years of the exhibition, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, H.E. Mr. Ilham Aliyev, has addressed welcome letters to participants and guests. These official messages from the Head of State are traditionally read at the opening ceremony.

Preparations for the upcoming exhibitions are in full swing. This year, the exposition will occupy three pavilions of the Baku Expo Center. Around 250 companies from Belarus, Bulgaria, the United Kingdom, Germany, Iran, Italy, Kazakhstan, China, the United Arab Emirates, Romania, Türkiye, Uzbekistan, the Czech Republic, South Korea, and other countries have confirmed their participation. Germany, Italy, Uzbekistan, and Türkiye will be represented with national pavilions.

At BakuBuild, exhibitors will showcase building and finishing materials, interior design solutions, windows, doors and facades, flooring, ceilings and wall coverings, lighting and electrical systems, construction equipment and machinery, roofing and insulation, as well as landscape design solutions.

At Rebuild Karabakh, companies will present their latest projects and solutions in construction and infrastructure, energy and green technologies, agriculture, and security.

At Aquatherm Baku, the exhibition will feature heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems, water supply and sanitary technologies, pools, sauna and spa equipment, as well as automation and control systems.

At Plastex Caspian, exhibitors will demonstrate raw materials, machinery and equipment, chemicals, plastic products, and recycling and sustainable solutions.

The specialized exhibition Road & Traffic will highlight innovations in road construction, intelligent transport systems, road safety, urban transport and infrastructure, as well as traffic management and signage.

This year holds special significance for Caspian Construction Week, as both BakuBuild and Rebuild Karabakh celebrate their anniversaries, which will be prominently reflected in the exhibition program.

In this context, the Rebuild Karabakh will host the Karabakh Cup – National Culinary Heritage Championship, dedicated to promoting Karabakh cuisine and national culinary traditions. The championship aims to showcase the rich culture of Karabakh to the international community and provide an opportunity to become better acquainted with its unique culinary heritage.

An integral part of the exhibition is its social mission: at the initiative of the organisers, each exhibitor contributes a donation to the Karabakh Revival Fund.

As part of Caspian Construction Week, a series of panel discussions and sessions with leading experts of the construction industry are planned, addressing key topics ranging from the introduction of innovative technologies and new quality standards to the restoration of the liberated territories. Special attention will be given to strategic discussions such as: “Bootcamp Platforms in the Liberated Territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, “Quality Without Compromise: A Quality Model in Construction Materials”, “Procurement Processes and Tender Experience in the Construction Industry”, “Architecture of the Future: Shaping New Trends and Innovative Approaches”, “Transport for a Green Future: Development of Public Systems and Eco-Friendly Vehicles”, “Development of Road Marking and Signage Systems in Azerbaijan”, “The Great Return and Human Capital: Building a New Intellectual Ecosystem in the Liberated Territories”, as well as the conference “Smart and Green Solutions for Sustainable Development” and others.

B2B and B2G meetings, traditionally an important part of the event, will once again provide participants with an effective platform to directly discuss opportunities for cooperation, expand their business networks, and enter new markets.

The significance of the exhibition is underscored by the support of state institutions, including the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Baku City Executive Power, the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Lachin district, the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Aghdam, Fuzuli and Khojavand districts, the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Jabrayil, Gubadli and Zangilan districts, the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Kalbajar district, the Small and Medium Business Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (KOBİA), the Export and Investment Promotion Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (AZPROMO), the Karabakh Revival Fund, the State Housing Construction Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (MIDA), the Union of Architects of Azerbaijan, the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ASK), the Azerbaijan Construction Manufacturers Association (ATIA), the Azerbaijan Construction Materials Manufacturers Association (ATMIA), and the Azerbaijan Exhibition Organisers Association (ASTA). KOBIA, AZPROMO, the Karabakh Revival Fund, MIDA and ASK will be represented at the exhibition with their own stands.
