Advancing Prefabrication 2026

US-based home builder William Lyon Homes has announced plans to open Willow Bend, a new residential community at University Park in Irvine, California.

Capitalizing wide-open streets, mature trees and a pedestrian pathway system of University Park, the new Willow Bend will be in close proximity to Fashion Island, Corona Del Mar, the 405 Freeway and Orange County’s major business and leisure centres.

The development will comprise of 58 single-family homes. The developer will offer beautifully appointed floorplans, which will vary in area in the range of approximately 2,209 square feet to 2,570 square feet.

The new homes will feature three to five bedrooms, two and a half to three baths and two-car garages. Externally, the homes will have California Ranch and Craftsman styles. The company plans to unveil three model homes of Willow Bend on 6 April 2013.
