Kraus-Anderson Construction Company (KA) has completed construction of a new $9 million Sanford Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Center for Sanford Health in Bemidji, Minnesota.

Designed by AECOM of Minneapolis, Minnesota, the new Sanford Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Center is located at 1300 Anne Street in Bemidji.The new centre has been housed in a two-storey structure that has a total area of 46,385 square feet.

The Sanford Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Center also features two x-ray rooms, 17 exam rooms and cardiac gym. The new centre will bring together services and clinicians from Sanford Bemidji orthopaedics, sports medicine and rehab/Peak Performance therapy services at one location.

Established in 1897, Kraus-Anderson works on construction of healthcare projects of all kinds, ranging from major 400,000-square-feet bed towers with state-of-the-art operating rooms, to tenant build-outs of local clinics.
