There’s been a shake-up at the top of Morgan Sindall’s housing and regeneration subsidiary Lovell with a raft of new appointments.

Steve Davis joins Lovell from Bushmead Homes as regional director for the Midlands.  He succeeds David Gough, who was promoted to the Lovell board as commercial director earlier this year. Previous commercial director John Leary has moved to the newly-created post of operations director.

Simon Medler has moves from his role as regional director for Lovell’s Eastern region to become regional director for East Anglia.

Robert Adams joins Lovell from Jones Homes as the new Eastern regional director.

Michael O’Farrell has also recently joined Lovell to become regional director for the London region. He has previously worked for McLean Homes, Wilson Connolly Homes and Kier Group.

Lovell is also planning to create a new standalone South Wales and Southern region in recognition of the significant opportunities for growth offered by this area.

Lovell managing director Stewart Davenport said the appointments “support our strategy of delivering growth across all areas of our operations”.
