Peak Construction Corporation has begun construction on a Holiday Inn Express in Lockport, IL on behalf of Janko Group. The three-story, 181 room, 50,347 square foot limited-service hotel will feature a pool, fitness area, large lobby and lounge, breakfast area, 800 square foot meeting space and business center. Peak is teamed with NORR as the Architect and RTM Engineering Consultants as the Civil Engineer. Completion is expected in December 2020 with the hotel opening in Spring 2021.
