Skanska invests DKK 160 M, about SEK 230 M, in a residential project in Denmark

Skanska invests DKK 160 M, about SEK 230 M, in the residential project Kejserhaven in Hillerød, Denmark. The project consists of 106 apartments, divided into five buildings with a total area of 8,900 square meters.

Kejserhaven has a sustainable profile with common green areas, a green roof and solar panels. Two of the buildings are made of reused bricks from another Skanska project. The target group is young families and the senior segment.

The development project starts in November 2019 in cooperation with the contractor HHM A/S and will be completed in 2021. During the last five years Skanska has developed and sold more than 900 rental apartments in Copenhagen.
