Level 10 Construction has announced its company launch. The Company will focus on delivering high quality construction throughout California. Level 10’s executive team is comprised of five veteran construction professionals who possess a comprehensive understanding of how to create client-driven environments keyed on cost control, effective management and quality workmanship.

After working together at Rudolph and Sletten for more than 20 years, Doug Collins, Paul Moran, Joe Francini, Jim Evans, and Dennis Giles combined forces with developer Jay Paul to form the privately-held, employee-focused company. Jay Paul Company, a leading San Francisco-based real estate developer and owner of over 5 million square feet of prime, institutional quality commercial real estate, will continue as an independent firm, providing innovative work environments to leading California companies. Rudolph & Sletten co-founder, Ken Sletten, will be a managing director of the advisory board of the new company.

“We are extremely excited about Level 10’s emphasis on building strong client relationships and employee satisfaction,” said Level 10 Construction President, Dennis Giles. “With a backlog of more than $300 Million of construction projects and an experienced and established team, we are immediately capable of building complex and high quality projects. At the same time, we are also focused on building up our backlog of business and adding new projects and clients. We anticipate substantial growth in the next few years and we project building $400-$500 Million of projects annually.”

Using industry-leading technology, Level 10 will deliver cost-effective, sustainable buildings with an unwavering dedication to innovation, reliability and transparency. Current projects in the pipeline include a 350,000 square foot (sf) building at Moffett Towers in Sunnyvale, a 220,000 sf building at Technology Corners in Sunnyvale and an additional 600,000 sf in Palo Alto and San Diego.

“We are excited to introduce Level 10 Construction to the marketplace,” said Jay Paul Company principal, Jay Paul. “The established professionals leading Level 10 have a unique ability to understand client goals, communicate throughout the construction process, and ultimately deliver the highest quality product.”

With a combined 150 years experience in the construction industry, the Level 10 team has been instrumental in building some of the most prestigious projects in the Bay Area including The Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute, Moffett Towers, Technology Corners at Moffett Park, Genentech headquarters, Pacific Shores Center, The Clorox Company headquarters, Hewlett Packard headquarters and Sun Microsystems’ headquarters.
