This system is called THE ONE FLOOR, and it is a simple process. THE ONE FLOOR is a maintenance program that improves the floor every time it is cleaned.

The key to THE ONE FLOOR system is that it substitutes a diamond pad for a cloth pad and significantly reduces the amount of soap and chemicals used to clean. With a far smaller amount of soap, the properly selected diamond pads do double duty – both cleaning the floor and polishing the floor. Hence, every time the floor is cleaned, it is also polished. The result over time is amazing.

As an example, consider a Kawasaki Dealer in Georgia, whose polished concrete showroom floor was thrashed. He had a quote to re-grind and polish it for $45,000. Instead, he invested a fraction of that price into THE ONE FLOOR system and improved his floor every time he cleaned it. In a matter of months, his floor was restored and being continually improved.
