US-based home builder NVR Incorporated has announced that its Ryan Homes division has opened new single family homes at The Summit at Providence Corner development in Royersford, Pennsylvania.

The Summit at Providence Corner offers maximum of five bedroom homes, with up to four and a half baths. The homes have nine-feet high ceilings, and have GE appliances and Timberlake cabinetry. Ryan Homes is offering options for luxury owner’s baths, sun-filled morning rooms, and an option for hardwood or ceramic tile flooring among others.

The Summit at Providence Corner is located near Route 422 and the King of Prussia area and the community is marked by ample open spaces. All the units at Summit at Providence Corner are fully ENERGY STAR qualified and bring about a saving of 30% on monthly utility bills. The company is also offering 10-year structural warranties on the homes. Each home has been independently inspected for quality by a third-party inspector.
