Icynene U.S. Holding Corp and Lapolla Industries Inc announced the completion of their previously announced merger. The combined company is a leading manufacturer and distributor of spray foam polyurethane foam insulation products.
Going forward the two companies will operate as Icynene-Lapolla. Together, the combined business will have offices in Canada and the U.S.
