ULM Holding Company , a real estate company with properties on 1776 Broadway, and on 300 East 42nd St, renovated and launched a new indoor and outdoor event space in their historic 1776 Broadway building. The newly renovated event space features breathtaking views of Central Park, and gorgeous views of Times Square. The space can even be used to watch the New Year’s Eve ball drop. In the heart of Manhattan it is easy to find event spaces that accommodates hundreds, or thousands of people, but what separates 1776 Broadway from the rest is its location, it’s wonderful views, and its space. The 3,800 square foot space accommodates 100-120 people. It’s perfect for small weddings, product launches, holiday parties, fundraising events, and corporate meetings. 1776 Broadway is also a non-exclusive event space, which means that hosts can use any vendor such as a caterer or a florist that they choose to use.

The space consists of two levels and a rooftop deck. It comes equipped with a separate kitchen area for a caterer, three bathrooms, and exclusive elevator access with a private elevator attendant for the duration of the event. It is located in the Columbus Circle area and is only minutes away from Times Square. Parking can be found in numerous locations within just a few blocks, and is only a few steps away from the Columbus Train Station.
