CCSFlex Compaction Control System records and displays pass count mapping and is for use on soil and asphalt compactors. Pass count information is used to improve compaction efficiency. Information is displayed graphically on the CB450 control box and can be exported or printed to provide compaction documentation.

Optional add-on sensors expand system functionality to provide compaction meter values for soil and temperature mapping during asphalt compaction. Users can choose accuracy levels from standard to high precision, based on needs and budgets. The system can be installed with noo welding or drilling, and it can be moved between compactors. There is no need for 3D design files or GPS infrastructure in the basic system. Basic unit cost is $11,995, depending on region.
