Saudi contractor signs $77m of campus contracts

Abdullah AM Khodari has announced that it has signed three new contracts with Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Higher Education for new university buildings worth around $77m.

The biggest of the deals is for a new Faculty of Computer Science for Men at Taibah University worth $33.3m. It is set to be complete within 30 months of the site being handed over.

Another of the deals valued at $29.3m will see it build a new Faculty of Education and College Campus in Wadi al Dawaser for Prince Salman university. It will take three years to build.

The company has also signed a deal worth $14.4m for the second phase of research centre development at Dammam University, which will take 30 months to complete.
