Lucas Fox International Properties today announce the launch of their new Commercial & Investment Property Services.
To support these new services, the company has created a new team headed by the recent appointment of Commercial Property Director Aimar Valls Ribas. He brings over 15 years of commercial and investment property experience, having worked with Busquets Galvez and Christie & Co. Ribas was appointed as he possesses an in-depth knowledge of the Spanish commercial property market with particular experience in the sale of hotels and buildings and a track record of brokering large commercial property transactions.
The creation of Lucas Fox’s new commercial and investment team follows increased interest and demand for commercial investment properties from international clients. Year to date, Lucas Fox has completed high end commercial transactions in Barcelona and wishes to capitalise on this by building this part of its business. Now the company is well placed and staffed to offer their boutique, personalised service to international investor clients in Barcelona, Madrid, Mallorca and Ibiza.
Commenting on his appointment Ribas stated, “Although Spain’s economic situation is difficult, Lucas Fox has been experiencing fast growth and recently completed their best third quarter to date. Their existing client focused service and substantial international client base for residential property will be replicated for commercial property.
