StructionSite, a provider of intelligent project tracking software that streamlines remote site documentation, has signed an enterprise agreement with Skanska USA Building.
A leading construction and development company, Skanska aims to apply the technology company’s real-time data collection to its construction sites across the country, so that Skanska USA Building’s project teams and stakeholders can access jobsites anywhere, anytime.

Complementing Skanska USA Building’s existing workflow systems, StructionSite’s technology will enhance and organise complex information, making documentation easier to capture and faster to access, a statement adds.
The intelligent project tracking software allows teams to get in-depth insights into the status of work completed on a jobsite. StructionSite’s iOS or Android application will then enable construction teams to walk the jobsite, recording 360-degree videos and photos.
With the information gathered, AI-powered algorithms will be able to create project drawings that translate daily updates into actionable insights and valuable data. Furthermore, the technology’s simple user interface will give stakeholders the ability to view the jobsite from afar, as they will be able to virtually walk the jobsite from any phone, tablet, or computer.

Skanska core operations in the US include building construction, civil infrastructure and developing self-financed commercial properties, which together generated £5.8 billion in revenue in 2019. As a developer, the company has invested a total of £2 billion in commercial and multi-family projects.
