As part of the ongoing regeneration of Stafford, the scheme on Shackleton Way comprises the development of two high quality industrial units of 76,400 sq ft and 64,200 sq ft, immediately next to the M6 at Junction 14, the northern entrance to Stafford from the motorway.

The site has a mixed-use consent that includes hotels, restaurants and multiple office spaces.

Working on behalf of Trebor Developments the team will deliver works packages that include all associated access and egress roads, staff and visitor parking, hard and soft landscaping, foul and storm water drainage, external lighting, external works and any incoming utility installations.

Stuart Fanshaw, Operations Director, Seddon said: “Prime Point is a great scheme, and one that is helping to support the continued regeneration and growth of Stafford.

We’ve seen an increase in schemes of this nature, across the North West and Midlands, as demand for high spec industrial real estate increases; we’re looking forward to delivering this scheme for our client.”
