Ritchie Brothers Auctioneers are holding a heavy equipment auction at the Diggerland amusement park in Kent on Saturday 7th November 2015.

More than 300 equipment items are included in the unreserved auction at the construction-themed park, which is in Strood. Inventory up for sale includes excavators, dump trucks, backhoe loaders and telehandlers from major brands such as JCB, Komatsu, Manitou and Terex.

Anyone who registers to join the auction on-site as a bidder receives free entrance to the park, where several attractions will be opened for the day, concluding with a fireworks display. Registering to bid at the auction is free and but visitors are advised to arrive early to ensure entry. Those who are unable to attend the auction in person can register online via rbauction.com or by proxy.

There is also a Ritchie Bros auction being held 10 days later on 17th November at the company’s site in Donington Park in the East Midlands. This will be the Canadian company’s 400th European auction – its first was in Liverpool in 1987.
