Mexico-based Cemex SAB de CV has announced that it is supplying ready-mix concrete for the Al Ghadeer luxury housing development located at the Abu Dhabi-Dubai border in United Arab Emirates . Cemex has provided 100,000 cubic meters of ready-mix concrete for the luxury housing scheme, which includes 152 villas, 518 townhouses, 798 terrace apartments, 2 clubhouses, and 660 Shabeel apartments.

Cemex is supplying 7,205 cubic meters of concrete daily to construct the housing development at the crossroads of the nation. Upon completion, the residential development will strategically connect Abu Dhabi with its second largest city, Al Ain, and the neighboring emirate of Dubai.

The project is sited close to several of the United Arab Emirate’s important new industrial zones and facilities, including the Khalifa Port and Industrial Zone, Al Taweelah Power and Desalinization Complex, Abu Dhabi International Airport, Jebel Ali Free Zone, and Dubai World Central.
