Skanska invests EUR 23M, about SEK 230M in the second office building of Nowy Rynek, a mixed-use project located in Poznan, Poland. The six-story office building will have a total leasable area of around 12,000 square meters.

Nowy Rynek is Skanska’s third commercial development in Poznan. The complex with five independent buildings is located in the central business district, creating a new quarter in the city of Poznan.
