Interserve Group Limited, the international support services, construction and equipment group, has been selected as a framework contractor by Carmarthenshire County Council in association with Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, Pembrokeshire County Council and Swansea Council on its new £1bn South West Wales Regional Contractors Framework.
Lead and managed by Carmarthenshire County Council, the four-year framework can be used by organisations in the public and private sector throughout Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Neath Port Talbot, Pembrokeshire, Powys and Swansea.
The framework will support capital development and infrastructure across the South West Wales Region until 2024. Projects included in the framework include commercial, housing and public buildings with ten lots are split by location and value covering projects valued up to £15m and above.
Interserve has been appointed to five lots including those projects valued at more than £15m.
