Morgan Sindall has won a £9.7m design and build contract for a care home in north London.
Work on the project for Enfield Council begun at Old Road in northeast Enfield in August. It will provide care accommodation for 70 people when complete, which is expected to be October 2016. It will replace two neighbouring care homes.
