South Kesteven District Council has awarded Willmott Dixon a £12.2m contract for building repairs. Willmott Dixon Partnerships will carry out structural repairs and refurbishment of the Lincolnshire authority’s housing stock, including both apartment blocks and individual houses.
The work will include new roofs, soffits/facias and gutters, additional roof insulation, re-pointing walls and refurbishment of rendered walls.
