Emaar Properties has announced the launch of a series of serviced apartments on the top floors of its The Address Residence Fountain Views project in Downtown Dubai.
The serviced apaartments, branded as the Sky Collection, will be on the highest levels of the towers, which are being built next to Dubai Mall and overlooking Burj Khalifa.
The firm said the apartments would be serviced by The Address Hotels + Resorts, which operates several nearby hotels including the Armani-branded property at the bottom of the Burj Khalifa as well as The Address Downtown and The Address Dubai Mall.
The properties going on sale will be three- and four-bed apartments ranging in size from 2,000-17,000ft2. Potential investors need to register on Emaar’s website and will then be contacted by the firm directly.
Managing director Ahmad Al Matrooshi said: “The Sky Collection at The Address Residence Fountain Views is for discerning customers who value an unmatched luxury lifestyle in one of the most sought-after destinations in Dubai.”
Emaar said that recent launches including a Sky Collection at The Address The BLVD and Mira townhouses at its new Reem project near Arabian ranches had received an “overwhelming” response.
