This strategic acquisition directly strengthens Victaulic’s modular construction footprint across Europe. By incorporating Arumani’s capabilities, Victaulic aims to enhance its ability to deliver fully engineered modular skids, accelerating project timelines, elevating construction efficiency, and minimizing on-site labor through advanced off-site fabrication practices.
Strategic Center of Excellence for Off-Site Fabrication
Under the terms of the transaction, Arumani will serve as Victaulic’s European center of excellence for modular solutions. The integration supports key industry sectors through Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) strategies, intended to improve project certainty, mitigate operational risk, and boost overall efficiency across complex builds.
