MIE Properties-LA has announced the completion of more than $200,000 worth of improvements to Main Street Pelican Point, the 39,000 square feet retail centre located in front of the Pelican Point Golf Community Gonzales, Louisiana.

The improvements include installation of new colored stucco and awnings on the exterior of the retail center, the addition of new benches and planters surrounding the common areas, new decorative ironwork, a centerpiece fountain, and the planting of colorful landscaping.

Main Street Pelican Point features a diverse blend of service-based and soft goods retailers including Edward Jones, Panda Restaurant, Subway, the office of State Representative Clay Schexnayder, Fox’s Pizza and a privately-owned package and parcel service.
