Ali & Sons have been awarded a $51.7 million construction contract for a residential tower in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The contract has been awarded by SinoGulf Real Estate Investments and EastGate Capital Group. The tower will be located within ADNEC’s Capital Centre and will comprise of 22 floors offering 332 one and two bedroom apartments. Other amenities include a swimming pool and gymnasium. The building, slated to be built on the main island of Abu Dhabi, will also have 418 parking spaces at basement and podium levels and a retail area of approximately 600 square meters. The new tower will be located directly adjacent to the commercial Grade A LEED rated International Tower. Work on the project is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2013.
