Macquarie NexGen Global Infrastructure Corporation announced that Class A and Class B shareholders of the Corporation have each approved at special meetings held today the merger (the “Merger”) of the Corporation into NexGen Canadian Balanced Growth Tax Managed Fund, an open-end mutual fund managed by NexGen Financial Limited Partnership and all matters related to the Merger. The Merger will be effective on the close of business on May 13, 2011.
