Lovell Partnerships Limited, a UK-based homebuilder, has signed contracts with Craven District Council and Yorkshire Housing to develop £10 million ($15.4 million) housing development in Skipton, North Yorkshire, UK.

The project involves construction of 57 high-quality stone-built family houses and apartments at the site of the former Craven District Council offices in Granville Street, close to the town centre. The project has been designed by Niemen Architects.

Lovell has stated that 45 housing units of the development will be for open market sale, including ten that will be offered through the Lovell Choice low-cost home ownership scheme and 12 homes for affordable and intermediate rent through Yorkshire Housing Association.

The construction work on the project will commence at the end of April 2013 and is set to be completed in late 2015.

Lovell Partnerships Limited operates as a house builder in the UK. It offers refurbishment, mixed tenure, open market sale, and design-build services and responsive repair and maintenance services. The company operates as a subsidiary of Morgan Sindall Group plc.
