Vinci subsidiaries Electrix and Citeos IDF Exploitation have won a four-year contract to maintain urban lighting in Auckland, New Zealand.

The four-year contract covers the operation, maintenance and renewal of lighting in the northern and western areas of the Greater Auckland.

Vinci will be maintaining an estate of 37,000 light sources and its power supply network. The work includes replacing at least 9,000 street lamps with LED lights in order to optimise energy consumption.
