The Nevada Department of Transportation in the US has unveiled plans in its budget to invest $552.4 million on Clark County road projects by next year.The US state has identified 87 projects and earmarked $177 million to widen Interstate 15 from Spring Mountain Road to the Spaghetti Bowl. The state board has also approved a $52.3 million project for I-15 at Cactus Avenue in Las Vegas for construction of a six-lane roadway with an interchange at I-15. In addition, $24 million has been allocated for Highway 93 Boulder Bypass from one mile south of the junction of Highway 95 and 93 to Foothills Road. The scope of work involves the construction of a frontage road with retaining walls and relocating utilities and building drainage facilities.
