Retirement house-builder McCarthy & Stone has opened three more regional offices.

The new structure will see the existing North, Southwest and Midlands regions each divided into two more concentrated regions, thus increasing the number of regional offices from six to nine.

Last year McCarthy & Stone launched a North London operation, which was its first new regional office for 14 years.

Chief executive Clive Fenton said: โ€œWith the growing demand for high-quality retirement housing and our land pipeline in excess of five yearsโ€™ supply, we are focusing on the expansion of our business to meet this unprecedented growth opportunity. ย We are delighted with the appointment of our three dedicated regional managing directors. ย With their extensive sector and housebuilding experience, they will be an excellent addition to McCarthy & Stone as we continue to implement our growth plan.โ€
