The Ivinson Memorial Hospital in Laramie, Wyoming, is set to undergo a $36.5 million expansion and refurbishment project. The project will be carried out in four phases and will be developed by Appleton, Wisconsin-based Boldt Company.

The first phase of the project will involve creation of a new dialysis wing, and private patient rooms in each floor of the new tower. The operating room will receive an overhaul as part of the second phase of the project. The surgical suite will be transformed from four small operating rooms to three spacious rooms equipped with latest amenities.

Phase III will lead to expansion of the laboratory in addition to infrastructure upgrades. The current patient rooms will be converted into private rooms during the final phase. The entire project is scheduled for completion by January 2016.
