A six-storey building has been designed by the South Wales studio of national practice Stride Treglown with renowned design studio, Adjaye Associates.

The site on Senghennydd Road, currently used as a University car park, is on the Cathays campus next to the Cardiff Business Technology Centre and Students’ Union.

Arcadis is acting as project manager for the project with Arup providing both structural and building services design.

The project forms part of the University’s biggest campus upgrade for a generation, including an investment of £260m in its teaching, learning and student experience.
