Achema Middleeast

legance Sonata (ESSB), a subsidiary of Gadang Land, has entered into a development rights agreement with Kwasa Development for the development of R3-1 in the Malaysia’s Kwasa Damansara Township.

The project will include 780 residential units, including high rise towers and villas, on a 21.08-acre plot. The plot will front a 28.91-acre green park, and will be complemented by a 13.64-acre lake.

The project will entail an investment of MYR700M ($157.3M) and is expected to be complete in six years.
