US-based construction company Buckingham Companies has built a residential community called The Avenue in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The Avenue has been built at 930 West 10th Street, which formerly housed the Old Fall Creek YMCA. The development features 150 apartments, which range between one to four bedroom homes. All the homes have a contemporary design.

The homes vary in area in the range of 405 square feet to 1620 square feet. The homes have separate bathrooms for every bedroom. The homes feature a fully equipped kitchen with black appliances. The homes have secure key fob entry and have their own washer and dryer.

The community offers several amenities to the residents, which include access to an internet cafe, a 24-hour fitness facility, tanning salon, game room, private study rooms, and a pool among others. The homes are slated for completion by 2017.
