It also includes 16.5 football pitches, 12 of them will be dedicated to players aged from eight to 21, staff offices and a dedicated media centre, a 7,000 capacity stadium for youth matches and a bridge linking the site to the Etihad Stadium and the rest of the Etihad Campus.

BAM will begin construction on the site in September 2012 and completion is scheduled for 2014/15 Premier League season.
