Russian Machines and US-based equipment manufacturer Terex Corporation, have announced to have formed a joint venture (JV) company for manufacturing construction and road-building equipment in Russia.

The terms of the agreement between both the parties dictate that the JV will manufacture, market and sell all Russian Machines construction and roadbuilding products and select products from Terex portfolio in Russia. In addition, the newly established company will also distribute certain Terex products in Russia.

The joint venture with Russian Machine will assist Terex to boost its presence in Russian and CIS markets and benefit from the burgeoning construction market in the region. Additionally, it will also benefit both Terex and Russian Machines by bringing their individual distribution partners together to deliver improvements in product line, quality, support, and service available for our customers in Russia.
