Crescent Real Estate Holdings LLC has unveiled plans to develop a mixed-use project in the US state of Texas.

Located on a 3.1-acre site at McKinney Avenue and Olive Street, adjacent to the Ritz-Carlton in Uptown Dallas, the 600,000 square feet development will feature approximately 400,000 square feet of office space, 60,000 square feet of retail space and 50 luxury residences.

The development will also feature amenities including valet parking, outdoor plaza areas, state-of-the-art fitness centre and a dual-feed power source to offer protection from a main line power outage.

The company aims to break ground after successful pre-leasing activity. Crescent has selected Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects to design the project. When completed, the new development is anticipated to achieve LEED Gold certification from the US Green Building Council.
