The Genie GRC-12 Roundabout Contractor is a two-person capacity, telescoping-mast vertical platform designed to provide the relative height of a scissor lift where space is limited.

It can work to a height of 18 ft, and its 2-ft, 51⁄2-in. by 4-ft, 53⁄4-in. footprint allows it to fit in service elevators and through doorways. Its steel rails and platform are supported by a steel-enclosed mast to reduce damage from the jobsite environment. The platform also has a slide-out extension deck which adds an extra 17.5 in. of outreach.
