Procurement agency Fusion21 has announced the contractors appointed to its whole house framework.

A total of 44 contractors, of varying sizes, have won places on the framework, which is expected to be worth up to £100m over a four year period. The full list is below.

The national framework adopts what Fusion 21 describes as a whole house approach to planned maintenance. There are 11 lots including whole house, windows & doors, kitchens & bathrooms, roofing, heating, electrical, environmental works, external repairs and internal repairs.

Framework manager Gary Stanfield said: “Responding to demand from our members and in partnership with the Fusion21 advisory group, we have created a flexible framework which offers customers a whole house approach to planned maintenance.

“Fusion21 members accessing this framework will benefit from working with our existing supply chain, and having the option to call off multiple lots will generate greater efficiency savings for public sector organisations across the country.”
